1. General Provisions

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By registering to use a NBITEX Account, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law; (b) you are an individual, legal person, or other organization with full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; (c) you have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Services; and (d) your use of our Services will not violate any and all laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must register for an account to use most of the Services. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering an account and to promptly update any information you provide to keep it complete and accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading digital assets involves exceptional risk. The prices of digital assets are subject to high market volatility. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all risks associated with trading digital assets. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your trading activities on the platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (a) violating any laws, regulations, or these Terms; (b) providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (c) engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing; (d) attempting to bypass any security measures of the platform; (e) using the Services to facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing.
6. Fees & Authorizations
You agree to pay to us the fees for trades and other transactions completed via our Services as made available on the platform. We reserve the right to revise our fee schedules at any time. Any changes to the fee schedule are effective as of the date detailed in any notice of such change.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event will NBITEX, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or similar damages or liabilities whatsoever arising out of our Services, any performance or non-performance of our Services, or any other product, service or other item provided by or on behalf of NBITEX.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services, and/or deactivate or cancel your Account, with immediate effect for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where we suspect you have breached these Terms or violated any applicable laws.
